Gallery: Breast augmentation mastopexy
Breast augmentation with mastopexy is recommended when breast implants alone are not sufficient to restore lost volume or tighten lax breast tissues. In such cases, combining breast augmentation with a breast lift provides an aesthetic, balanced, and long-lasting result.
This combined procedure involves slightly more scarring than breast augmentation alone; however, the incisions are strategically placed in discreet areas: within the inframammary fold, around the areola, and vertically between the lower edge of the areola and the inframammary fold. Over time, the scars fade significantly and become barely noticeable in everyday life.

Restoring Harmonious Breast Proportions After Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
The natural processes of pregnancy and breastfeeding often lead to changes in breast shape and volume. Carefully selected, moderately sized implants combined with a simultaneous breast lift allow the breasts to once again appear balanced with the body’s proportions, the patient’s age, and individual aesthetic goals.

Flattening of the upper pole caused by volume loss can be effectively corrected through the combination of implants and a breast lift, helping the breasts regain their natural shape and fullness. The goal of breast augmentation with mastopexy is to restore appropriate volume and create aesthetic, well-proportioned contours that harmonize with the overall body shape.
With the use of anatomical implants, the breasts achieve a natural-looking, softly feminine appearance while remaining in perfect harmony with the body’s proportions.

Restoring Breast Size and Shape After Significant Weight Loss
After a significant change in body weight, such as a 30 kg weight loss, the size and shape of the breasts often change considerably. Loss of glandular tissue, skin laxity, and asymmetry may cause not only aesthetic concerns but also physical discomfort, particularly due to skin irritation in areas where loose skin folds come into contact.
In these cases, not only the upper poles lose volume, but the entire breast tissue experiences a substantial reduction in volume. Correcting these complex changes requires a comprehensive surgical approach, involving the careful selection of appropriately shaped and sized implants, along with the removal of excess, overstretched skin and a simultaneous breast lift.
The combination of anatomical implants and breast lift surgery effectively addresses significant volume loss and asymmetry, allowing the breasts to regain their natural contours and shape.

Restoring Breast Size and Shape After Extreme Weight Loss
Following extreme weight loss, exceeding 50 kg, the breasts often undergo near-complete volume loss. The significant reduction of glandular tissue, breast deflation, and the appearance of stretch marks on the skin may cause not only aesthetic concerns but also physical discomfort, particularly due to irritation in areas where loose skin folds come into contact, often accompanied by asymmetry.
The near-total loss of breast tissue and the shrinkage of breast shape require a complex surgical approach. During the procedure, special attention is given to selecting the optimal implant shape and size, capable of restoring the lost volume on its own, while the significantly stretched skin is reshaped and tightened through a breast lift.
The combination of round implants and mastopexy provides an effective solution for correcting substantial volume loss and asymmetry. As a result of the procedure, the breasts regain their contours and shape, once again achieving harmony with the overall body proportions.

Breast Augmentation After Prolonged Breastfeeding
Following prolonged breastfeeding of two children, breast volume was significantly reduced, the upper poles became deflated, and due to glandular tissue atrophy, the breast shape lost its former firmness. The resulting mild asymmetry could no longer be fully corrected with implants alone.
To achieve the desired outcome, anatomically shaped implants of identical size and form were placed in combination with a breast lift, allowing for precise correction of asymmetry and restoration of the breast’s shape.

Breast Augmentation in the Presence of Mild Chest Wall Deformity
Following breastfeeding, breast volume decreased and a previously barely noticeable congenital chest wall irregularity became more apparent. During surgical planning, careful consideration was given to differences in breast size and shape, as well as to the existing chest wall asymmetry.
Correction of the combined breast and chest wall asymmetry required a combined plastic surgical approach. The placement of anatomically shaped implants together with a simultaneous breast lift restored the breasts’ natural contours, subtly masking the mild chest wall asymmetry while maintaining harmony with the overall body proportions.

Breast Reshaping After Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
As a result of the changes associated with pregnancy and breastfeeding, breast volume decreased, the breasts became sagging, and asymmetry developed.
Sagging, asymmetry, and deflation of the upper poles were corrected using appropriately sized round implants combined with a simultaneous breast lift.
This combined plastic surgical procedure, utilizing round implants, creates a more pronounced upper pole while preserving harmony with the overall body proportions. The breasts are repositioned to their natural, appropriate position, resulting in a more youthful and fuller appearance.

Restoring Breast Appearance After Three Pregnancies
Multiple pregnancies and breastfeeding place significant strain on the breasts, resulting in more pronounced changes. Volume loss, deflation of the upper poles, and sagging can negatively affect the overall breast shape.
To restore adequate fullness to the upper poles, slightly larger round implants were selected in proportion to the patient’s body type and combined with a simultaneous breast lift.
This combined plastic surgical procedure achieved more defined upper poles, fuller and firmer breasts, and an overall more youthful appearance.
